Ingredients
80g oat flakes
100g oat flour
1 teaspoon yeast or baking soda
200g almond butter or any nut butter
1/2 teaspoon of liquid stevia JUAL
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 drops of vanilla essence
2 eggs
pure chocolate chips
40 - 50g of chopped walnuts
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180º C up and down
- Mix the butter, stevia and eggs in a bowl
- Add the essence of vanilla, salt, yeast and cinnamon
- Add the previously sifted flour
- Add the oat flakes, the chopped nuts and the cocoa chips
- Mix well and form balls with your hands.
- We place them separated on parchment paper in the oven tray
- Flatten them a bit and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack
